Friday Thoughts

If you seriously consider cutting your toenails before you weigh yourself just in case it you will give you that extra edge, you may be too obsessed with your weight.

    Haha, I love you. I've decided against weighing myself just after the shower before - what if all that water in my hair is heavier than I think?!

    I think you shouldn't allow yourself to weigh yourself for at least a week.
